The following statement discloses the consumer privacy practices of Raising Reimagined LLC (“we” or “Raising Reimagined”) for the Raising Reimagined Platform (this "Platform"). By using this Platform, you are deemed to consent to our privacy practices. If you do not consent to these privacy practices, do not use this Platform or download any materials from it.

We do revise and update our privacy practices from time to time and we reserve the right to do so without any notice to you so you should visit this page, at least once every thirty days, to review our then-current privacy practices because they are binding on you. All updates will be published at this Platform. Your continued use of this Platform shall be considered your consent to any revised privacy practices. 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Log data

When you visit our Platform, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your browser. It may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details.  Information regarding your use of our services may be collected and/or aggregated through the use of automated means such as:

  • Your IP address, browser information, operating system

  • When and how you accessed our services including any referring website information

  • Your ISP or mobile carrier and information about the mobile device you use

  • Device location data including latitude/longitude, GPS location data, location derived from an IP address, or data that indicates a city or postal code.

Device data

We may also collect data about the device you’re using to access our Platform. This data may include the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, device settings, and geo-location data. What we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and software. We recommend checking the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider to learn what information they make available to us.

Personal information

We may collect personal information, such as your:

  • Name

  • Age

  • Email

  • Telephone Number

  • Residence Address

  • Fundraising campaign associated

  • Items purchased

  • Order ID

  • Order #

We may collect personal information from the individual themselves and/or from the fundraising party for which we are providing our services.

Personal data privacy is a new and evolving area, and mistakes and miscommunication are possible. We will do our best to maintain the accuracy of all collected personal information.

Display Name

To protect your privacy and ensure compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), the Platform will display full names for all individuals, including those under 13 years of age, to the Organization Admin and Suppliers for easy distinguishing between sellers. However, on public-facing parts of the platform, only first names and last initials will be displayed for sellers under 13 years of age, ensuring a level of anonymity.

After the completion of each fundraising campaign, we will promptly delete last names, leaving only the last initial for all users under 13 years of age from public-facing parts of the platform to further safeguard their privacy.

While we provide the option for sellers to input the last initial if they prefer not to have their child's full name available to the internal organization or supplier, we do recommend providing the full name for administrative ease in product distribution while still respecting privacy preferences.

Business data

Business data refers to data that accumulates over the normal course of operation on our platform. This may include transaction records, stored files, user profiles, analytics data and other metrics, as well as other types of information, created or generated, as users interact with our services.

USE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

In addition, Raising Reimagined may use the information collected or provided for the following purposes:

  • To create and personalize your account on the Platform;

  • To communicate with you directly about services provided through our Platform;

  • To communicate with you directly about any questions, issues, or concerns you or other users may have;

  • To fulfill any orders you place through our Platform;

  • To assist in the completion of purchases through our Platform, including the use of abandoned cart email reminders through Stripe, etc.;

  • To assist in the ongoing development of our service offerings;

  • To create user reports and summary statistics regarding usage of our Platform.

  • Recording funds raised and sharing such information to authorized customers of Raising Reimagined’s services;

  • To send updates, notices, announcements, users’ requests and additional information related to the Platform;

  • To send promotional and marketing communications. All marketing emails will include an opt-out mechanism that allows you to unsubscribe from future marketing communications;

  • To ensure Raising Reimagined’s services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues;

  • To enforce the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy;

  • To contact you when Raising Reimagined believes it to be necessary;

  • To comply with any applicable law and assist law enforcement agencies under any applicable law, when Raising Reimagined has a good faith belief that Raising Reimagined’s cooperation with the law enforcement agencies is legally mandated or meets the applicable legal standards and procedures;

  • To detect abuse and illegal activity; to detect and prevent fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity theft and other illegal activities and misuse;

  • To handle breakdowns and malfunctions;

  • For purposes provided under this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions;

Raising Reimagined will not sell, rent, or intentionally disclose personal information that you provide to us, unless: (a) Raising Reimagined is required to do so by law, regulation, warrant, subpoena or court order, (b) Raising Reimagined is required in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Raising Reimagined employees, users of Raising Reimagined products or services, or members of the public, or to enforce Terms and Conditions; or (c) such disclosure is part of a sale of all (or substantially all) of the assets of Raising Reimagined. 

DATA STORAGE

Raising Reimagined will store all received data in its database indefinitely.  Queried data that is displayed in a user interface shall be stored for 120 days, unless requested otherwise by Raising Reimagined.

SHARING INFORMATION

Raising Reimagined does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties.

Raising Reimagined will not share personal information with others except for the following purposes and to the extent necessary in Raising Reimagined’s good-faith discretion:

  • As necessary for the facilitation and operation of the Raising Reimagined’s services related to the Platform, and to other Raising Reimagined services including processing credit card or debit card payments through Stripe;

  • If Raising Reimagined reasonably believes that you have breached the Terms of Use or is investigating potential breach of the Terms of Use, or believes that you abused your rights to use the Platform, or performed any act or omission that Raising Reimagined reasonably believes to be violating any applicable law, rules, or regulations. Raising Reimagined may share your information in these cases, with law enforcement agencies and other competent authorities and with any third party as may be required to handle any result of your wrongdoing;

  • If Raising Reimagined is required, or reasonably believes that it is required by law to share or disclose such information;

  • In any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and Raising Reimagined, or between you and other users with respect to, or in relation with the Platform;

  • In any case where Raising Reimagined reasonably believes that sharing information is necessary to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Raising Reimagined, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law, including to prevent imminent physical damage or damage to property;

  • To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues;

  • To collect, store, hold and manage personal information through cloud based or hosting services or a third party or a party affiliated or connected to Raising Reimagined, as reasonable for business purposes;

 Text Messaging and Consent

Raising Reimagined may use your phone number to provide notifications, customer support, and promotional communications related to our Platform. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your phone number as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.

Opting Out of Text Messages:
You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from Raising Reimagined at any time. To opt out, reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team at team@raisingreimagined.com to request removal from our text messaging list.

PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION

You may be required to provide payment information, such as your credit card or debit card details, to Raising Reimagined for use of our services.  Raising Reimagined shall process payments via Stripe, a leading payment processor.  Stripe’s Privacy Policy may be found at the following link: https://stripe.com/privacy.  When you make payments on the Platform, Stripe will receive your transaction information. Raising Reimagined may receive this information directly from you, or from Stripe or third parties. The information collected shall include payment method information (such as credit or debit card number, or bank account information), purchase amount, date of purchase, and payment method. Different payment methods may require the collection of different categories of information. When you make a transaction, Raising Reimagined may also receive your name, email, billing or shipping address and in some cases your transaction history to authenticate you.  Raising Reimagined uses this payment information to raise money for particular fundraising projects, complete the transactions, detect and prevent fraud, and inform our advertising and marketing.

COOKIE POLICY

The Platform may use cookies from time to time. Cookies are small text files a website can use to recognize a repeat visitor to the website. We use cookies for various reasons. Cookies enable us to provide you with a better experience by allowing us to understand what areas of this Platform are of interest to our members. These cookies do not track individual information. If you do not want Raising Reimagined to deploy cookies in your browser, you can set your browser to reject cookies or to notify you when a website tries to put a cookie in your browser software. If you choose to disable cookies in your browser, you can still access most of this Platform, however, your ability to use some of the products and/or services at this Platform may be affected.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND PLATFORMS

At this Platform, there may be links to other companies and third-party websites.  Raising Reimagined is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third-party websites.  We encourage you to read their privacy statements, as they may differ from ours. 

Please remember that any information you submit in an online forum will be deemed public information and is not confidential. There is a risk in such communication venues that information can be collected and used by others. Please be careful and responsible when you are online.
