Raising Reimagined Online Platform

I.      Raising Reimagined LLC. is a fundraising platform for businesses, nonprofits and local organizations seeking fundraising needs due to low bandwidth and capital. Raising Reimagined LLC. unlocks the reach for sellers enabling them to go beyond a paper order form, by using innovative fundraising techniques. Our platform currently offers wholesale products for fundraising use, and sweepstakes campaigns.

II.    Raising Reimagined LLC. uses the following rules which apply to all sweepstakes hosted on the Raising Reimagined LLC. platform, except for Sponsors who provide a set of individualized sweepstakes rules. Raising Reimagined LLC. provides national guidelines, however each Sponsor provides rules that are specific to each sweepstake offered on the Raising Reimagined LLC. platform. Any rules offered by Sponsors will be considered the official sweepstakes rules, and should be strictly construed against anything contained herein.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

By participating in a Sweepstakes offered on Raising Reimagined LLC. (hereinafter the “Administrator”), you agree to these Official Rules, as well to as all rules contained in the Terms of Service, and all decisions made by the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding. You agree that you have fully read and understood the rules of Administrator as well as any rules made by the Sponsor for any specific sweepstakes you may enter.

I. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are residents of the United States of America (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding all other territories and possessions thereof) (Notwithstanding anything herein, each an “Eligible Participant”). The age limit to participate in the Sweepstakes is eighteen years old or older, however, prizes won by an Eligible Participant who is not of the legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (each a “Minor”) shall be awarded only in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian on behalf of the Minor.  The following persons shall not be eligible to either participate or win prizes in the Sweepstakes: (a) any person who, at any time was or is a director, officer, employee, agent, franchise owner, shareholder, member, and/or principal of Administrator or any of its respective divisions, parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, franchisees, service agencies and/or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; (b) any person who, at any time was or is a director, officer, employee, agent, franchise owner, shareholder, member, and/or principal of any Sponsor (as defined by these Official Rules) or any of their respective divisions, parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, franchisees, service agencies and/or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; (c)  any person who is an immediate family member (meaning either a biological or step mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, IRS dependent and/or spouse) of any person in any of the preceding ineligible person categories regardless of where they live or reside in the same household (and whether related or not) to any person in any of the preceding categories.  Transfer of any Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, an entry ticket) by any person in any of the preceding ineligible person categories to an eligible person is strictly prohibited and shall be void.  NO PURCHASE SHALL BE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

II. Promotion Period. All Sweepstakes information will be contained on each Sponsors individual Campaign Storefront (“Storefront”). Each Eligible Participant shall follow the promotion periods contained in the Sponsors sweepstakes rules on the Sweepstakes Campaign Page (“Campaign Page”). Eligible Participants must follow the designated period contained on the Sponsors Storefront.

III. Drawing. A random drawing will be conducted per the Promotion Period contained on each Sponsors Storefront, by the Sponsor to select the winner[s] from among all Eligible Participants who submitted valid entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received by Sponsor. Potential winner[s] will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor and/or Administrator to use winner's name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

IV. Methods of Entry. Administrator, partnered with the designated Sponsor, will offer different methods of entry. Eligible participants can use one or multiple methods of entry into any sweepstakes contained on the Campaign Page, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

a.              Free Entry. Any Eligible Participant may enter any sweepstakes contained on the Campaign Page provided they meet all the eligibility requirements. Each Eligible Participant can submit a single free entry into any eligible sweepstakes. To submit a free entry, visit the Campaign Page and select Alternate Sweepstakes Entry. The Eligible Participant will be prompted to print the PDF Free Entry Form (the “Form”) and fill it out for a free entry submission, such that each Eligible Participant may submit up to one Form for each sweepstakes. To properly submit the Form, each Eligible Participant must mail the Form to the address contained at the top of the Form. Eligible Participants who do not properly fill out the Form, or fail to provide required information in the Form, will be considered to have failed to abide by these Official Rules and may be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor or the Administrator. Any entry that is late, ineligible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, destroyed, forged or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsors or Administrators discretion. Winner’s may be required to show proof of being an Eligible Participant by photo identification.

b.              Donations. Any Eligible Participant may enter any sweepstakes contained on the Campaign Page, provided they meet all the eligibility requirements. Each Eligible Participant can submit the applicable number of entries, relevant to each donation amount. Donation entries are specified in the Sponsor’s rules, which can be found on each Sponsor’s Storefront. Donation entries are not limited to a single entry, provided that each entry meets the criteria of a valid submission. All donations must be made online through the Campaign Page through credit card processing and must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period of the sweepstakes. Any donation not completed before the end of the Promotion Period will not be valid entries. The Eligible Participant will be prompted to fill out an entry submission, such that each Eligible Participant may submit up to one free entry for each sweepstakes. Eligible Participants who do not properly fill out the entry submission form, or fail to provide information in the form, will be considered to have failed to abide by these Official Rules and may be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor. Donations made on each Campaign Page will go directly to the Sponsor, minus any transaction fees and processing costs determined by the Administrator.

V. Odds of Winning. Sponsor or Administrator will conduct a random drawing, and will award the prize(s), on the drawing date listed on the Sponsor’s Storefront from all eligible entries received for each drawing to determine the Potential Winner(s) (“Potential Winners”). Entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor, and Potential Winners are not final Winners and will not receive a prize until their eligibility has been verified by Sponsor. Odds of winning any drawing depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all suspect entries.

VI. Prizes. The prize(s) are described on the Sponsor’s Storefront and any special sweepstakes rules, including the approximate retail value for the prize(s). In the event that Sponsor is unable to provide a Winner with his/her prize(s), Sponsor may elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, to provide Winner(s) with an alternate prize of equal or greater value. If a Winner declines a prize for any reason, the Winner will not receive any substitution or reimbursement of the prize or portion thereof. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of each Winner. The prizes are provided as-is with no guarantee. All warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose, are hereby disclaimed by the released parties. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are Winners’ sole responsibility. For all travel prizes, Winner must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor and all airfare is coach class and hotel accommodations are standard class, unless otherwise specified. Any meetings with celebrities are subject to security and background checks. For international travel, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel authorizations, visas, or other documentation. All other expenses are your responsibility. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. The prize value may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission of any third person with respect to the trip. Lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in your possession, will not be replaced. Winner and guest (when applicable) must travel on same itinerary. If you or your guest are, in our opinion, obnoxious, threatening, abusive, or harassing we can terminate the trip or prize, in whole or in part, and send you both home with no further compensation.

VII. Sponsor. The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is specified on the Campaign Page that contains the link to these Official Rules. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is solely responsible for issuing, delivering, or otherwise providing all Prizes offered in this Sweepstakes. You agree to hold harmless Administrator and its Related Parties from and against any claim or cause of action including the Sponsor’s failure to provide a Prize or Prizes offered in this Sweepstakes.

VIII. Taxes, Other Costs and Miscellaneous. Any and all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes (which may include, without limitation, sales tax and income tax) will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winning participant.  The winning participant will be required to give their social security number in order to prepare any necessary tax forms and must further sign and deliver any and all necessary documents to complete the transfer of any prizes to be awarded. If required by any Sponsors, the winning participant must sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement immediately after the sweepstakes or the prize may be forfeited, and, at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Sponsors, may be awarded to an alternate person.

IX. Publicity Consent. By accepting any prize under the sweepstakes, a winning participant expressly agrees to the use by the Sponsors, Adminstrators and their designees of the winning participant’s name, biographical information (city and state), picture, portrait, voice, quotes, comments, image, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or sweepstakes without further compensation, notification or consideration in any and all media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world, in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law.  Any and all prizes awarded shall be subject to verification of the participant’s eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules.

X. No Assignment. No assignment and/or transfer of any kind of any prize, alternative prize or other substitution is permitted in the absence of the Sponsor’s express written consent (which shall be in the Sponsor’s sole and exclusive discretion), and any such prohibited assignment and/or transfer shall be void.

XI. Consent to Official Rules/ No Waiver. Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes each and every participant’s understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.  Each Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant that any Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.  The decision and/or action of any Sponsor not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of any provision herein or of these official rules in general, and shall not prohibit a Sponsor from proceeding and/or enforcing these Official Rules in the future.  Sponsors may enforce these Official Rules cumulatively, meaning singly, concurrently and/or in any such manner as any Sponsor sees fit without waiving them in any capacity.

XII. No Warranties/ Indemnities. Administrator and the Sponsors, make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the sweepstakes.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ANY AND ALL PRIZES AWARED SHALL BE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ADMINISTRATOR AND THE SPONSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANY OF TITLE, ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  In no event will Administrator or the Sponsors be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of, in connection with, or in any way related to:

(a)           Any person’s participation in the sweepstakes;

(b)           Late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, undelivered, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due notices, entries, release forms, email, affidavits or other correspondence or mail;

(c)            Access to and use of any and all of Administrator’s web sites, including downloading from or printing material downloaded from any and all of Administrator’s web sites;

(d)           Acceptance, use or misuse of any prize;

(e)            Any condition caused by events beyond the control of Administrator or the Sponsors that cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted and/or corrupted;

(f)            Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the sweepstakes. 

Administrator and any Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and complete discretion to suspend or cancel the sweepstakes at any time.  Further, and without limitation of any of the foregoing, by participating in the sweepstakes each participant agrees to release and hold Administrator, the Sponsors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and assigns of the foregoing entities, including their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, expenses (including all legal fees), costs, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

XIII. Choice of Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or in any way related to the Sweepstakes and/or these official rules shall be brought solely in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, or based solely on federal law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
