If you've ever stayed up past midnight tallying paper order forms, chasing down cash payments, or trying to figure out which box of cookie dough goes to which seller — we built this for you. Raising Reimagined has been completely revamped. Every time-saving feature you know and love is still here — but the 2026 platform pairs them with a totally reimagined UI and a feature overload built from our first five years of supporting fundraisers. This isn't a tear-down — it's an evolution of how fundraising should work for schools, sports leagues, churches, nonprofits, and every organization in between. We started with one question: what if fundraising didn't have to be so hard?
Five years of feedback, built into the new platform
When we first launched Raising Reimagined in 2021, we set out to make fundraising simpler. Five years and hundreds of fundraisers later, we've learned a lot from the people who actually run them — the PTA organizer prepping a sale at 6 a.m. before the bell rings, the coach juggling fifty sellers across three age groups, the church volunteer trying to fund a mission trip without disappearing into a spreadsheet. This revamp reflects everything we've heard. Every time-saving tool that's powered fundraisers since 2021 is still here — and we've layered on a more intuitive UI, faster setup, and a stack of new features designed to take even more heavy lifting off your plate so you can focus on what matters: your community and your cause.
75–85% less administrative work
Let's talk about the number that matters most: organizers using the new platform are seeing a 75–85% reduction in administrative work. That's not a typo. The biggest gains come from smart seller tracking with Team Sales — every seller gets their own account and every sale is attributed to them automatically, with items packed per seller at fulfillment so there's no more sorting through mountains of boxes to figure out who ordered what. For fundraisers where individual tracking isn't needed (think fire companies or churches), Direct Sale mode keeps it simple: purchasers pick up their own items and you skip the seller-level complexity entirely.
Notifications, recovery, and a checkout that doesn't lose sales
Intelligent notifications do the marketing work for you — the platform nudges sellers to share their fundraising links with family, friends, and social networks, and prompts purchasers to share at checkout, turning every sale into a potential referral. Abandoned cart recovery sends automatic email reminders to people who started a purchase but didn't finish. That's revenue you used to leave on the table. With Apple Pay integration and a streamlined Stripe-powered checkout, the friction that kills conversions is gone. And when your fundraiser wraps up, you receive a single email with all your reports and instructions for collecting your profit check — no more piecing together data from five different places.
Shipping that lets your fundraiser cross state lines
Shipping is the other big unlock. If Grandma lives three states away, she couldn't easily participate in your fundraiser before. That's over. Our fully integrated shipping option lets suppliers ship directly to purchasers anywhere in the country, with prepaid shipping labels purchased right at checkout. The supplier handles packaging and delivery. Your fundraiser is no longer limited to your zip code — anyone who wants to support your cause can do it from anywhere. This is a big deal for organizations with spread-out communities, alumni networks, or family members who want to help but don't live nearby. The reach of your fundraiser just got a whole lot wider.
A word for suppliers
For suppliers and small businesses considering joining the platform, here's the pitch: it's as easy as receiving a wholesale order. When a fundraiser ends, you receive an emailed order with everything you need to fulfill it — no complicated portals, no new systems to learn. Package it up, ship it out (or prepare it for pickup), and you're done. We're building Raising Reimagined to be the Etsy of fundraising, a marketplace where high-quality, unique products find their way to communities across the country. We're actively recruiting suppliers who offer something special, from artisan food producers to specialty gift makers. The opportunity is real — as we grow, suppliers gain access to a national audience of motivated buyers who are already looking to spend money for a good cause.
What's coming next
We're not done. Sweepstakes fundraising is currently in testing, applying the same platform principles — easy setup, digital sharing, streamlined administration — to a fundraising format that's always been popular but never been this simple to run. Customizable incentive programs let admins set up rewards for sellers (homework passes, gift card raffles, or other low-cost rewards that motivate participation). And we're actively building our supplier network to give organizations a wider range of high-quality products to choose from. More variety means your community gets excited about what's being offered, which translates directly to more sales.

A note from us
Five years ago we set out to make fundraising simpler — and the people who actually run these campaigns are the reason this revamp exists. The PTA leader prepping at 6 a.m., the coach juggling fifty sellers, the youth pastor trying to fund a mission trip, the volunteer treasurer chasing down receipts — every feature in the 2026 platform traces back to feedback from someone who actually ran a fundraiser. Thank you for trusting us with a piece of yours. We can't wait to see what you raise next.
With gratitude,
Paige & Ben — Co-founders, Raising Reimagined
